Mr. Cheung Hon Wan is an experienced management consultant and executive coach providing personalized service to small and medium sized enterprises. He has served a wide spectrum of industries include construction material provider, florist operation, art center, design business, retail space design and install operations. He also acts as a trainer specializing in practical management accounting, strategic management and management control.

Prior to the existing role, Mr. Cheung played a significant senior management role in various financial and operations functions during his last 25 years of career span; serving in the capacities of General Manager and Finance Director for many multinationals in China and Asia Pacific region. His expertise areas include, but not limited to, financial management and control, strategic planning and business management, business appraisals, joint venture negotiations, operation set up and system implementation.

Mr. Cheung is currently serving as Adjunct Professor for the MBA center of Shanghai University. He is a Certified Public Accountants ("CPA") in Hong Kong and a member of the Chartered Institute Management Accountants in UK ("CIMA"). He graduated from the Lancaster University of United Kingdom with a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance; and he is presently a Scholar of the Doctoral of Business Administration degree ("DBA") jointly organized by Durham University of England and Fudan University of China.

Mr. S.F. Ho is a seasoned communication trainer with more than 15 years of experience in sales. Mr. Ho is a seasoned communication trainer with more than 15 years of experience in sales and communications. He has delivered a variety of training programs for clients such as Yahoo, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Landor Associates, Reader's Digest, Wallem Services and MediTech Media.

Prior to developing a career in communication training, Mr. S.F. Ho worked for a number of international advertising agencies. He was a Business Director at OgilvyOne Hong Kong, providing brand strategy, direct marketing service and interactive solutions to companies such as American Express, Wynn Macau, SmarTone and Fujitsu. Mr. S.F. Ho had also worked for Young & Rubicam where he was the Regional Client Service Director, he also served as a Business Director at J. Walter Thompson where he managed a number of key accounts, including PCCW, Unilever, Warner Lambert and HP.

As a professional in account management, Mr. S.F. Ho is experienced in the areas of selling, relationship building and client servicing. Mr. S.F. Ho graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster, UK.

Ms. Chau is a Hong Kong citizen with professional qualifications include PCLL, LLM & LLB with the University of London, and she also passed the BAR examination. She is also a PRC qualified lawyer for China Commercial Law Firm in Shenzhen, China. She has extensive legal knowledge in common law (Hong Kong and British laws) and Chinese law. She also maintains strong network with lawyers and legal practitioners in Hong Kong and Mainland China for cross-border and international legal services.

Ms. Chau's major practice areas include: commercial employment law, corporate governance, intellectual property, corporate finance, trust, M&A, international trade, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) and cross-border civil disputes etc. Ms.Chau speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
