During Ms. Jane Chiu's career, she spent most of her employment in the banking and financial industries in different capacities and functions including legal and compliance, company secretarial and administration, human resources, public relations as well as corporate communication functions. She possesses strong experience in a wide spectrum of human resource function covering recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relation, salary administration and training analysis.

Mr. C. K. Leung is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with more than 30 years' experience in Australia, Hong Kong and China in a number of industries, including banks, insurers, media, manufacturing, real estate and trading. He has a broad range of exposure in auditing, accounting, broking, consulting, finance, institutional banking, insurance, matrix management, M&A advisory, marketing, outsourcing, and risk management advisory. Mr. C. K. Leung's career in the past 16 years was focused on business development and matrix/risk management in the regional banking and insurance arena as well as business consulting.
Mr. C. K. Leung is an Australian Chinese and speaks fluent English and Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin. He obtained a Master's degree in Science from Durham University Business School in England. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants a Certified Practicing Accountants in Australia and an Associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance.

Ms. Pearl Chow is an experienced Human Resource practitioner with over 25 years' experience in managing corporate HR functions as well as engaging in HR consulting work. She worked for multinational companies with presence in Asia, North America, Europe and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, a Master of Arts from Macquarie University and a certificate from the Harvard Leadership Development Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Business, U.S.A. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.
She is a Consultant and Coach for top-level management team in addressing critical HR requirements under frequent changing business environment. As a corporate HR practitioner, she was HR Director for North Asia in CIGNA; HR Director for Hong Kong and China in Unisys; Associate Director for Elders Finance Group (Asia); and Assistant Director in Watson Wyatt, a U.S. based reputable consulting firm. Ms. Pearl Chow also worked closely with top and senior level management team in achieving business results through establishing and developing appropriate HR strategies and practices under changing business environment.
